Rules of the prize competition

organized by K2 Agro Sp. z o.o. as part of the Pig Production Congress in Żnin.

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the prize competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is K2 Agro, a limited liability company, with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Krokusowa 21, 61-175, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001060355, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7773413009, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 52656373, and share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
  2. The competition is held as part of the event entitled Pig Production Congress in Żnin on October 8-9, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Congress”).
  3. The aim of the Competition is to popularize industry knowledge and integrate Congress participants.
  4. The Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, or any other form of game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.

§ 2. Competition Participants

  1. Only an adult person who is a Congress participant and has completed a ticket entitling them to participate in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) may participate in the Competition.
  2. Tickets can be purchased at a location designated by the Organizer on the premises. Congress.
  3. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
  4. Employees and associates of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings) are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

§ 3. Competition Rules

  1. Each purchased ticket is entered into a prize draw.
  2. The drawing is conducted by the competition committee appointed by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”).
  3. The Committee draws the winning tickets from among the purchased tickets.
  4. To receive a prize, the person whose ticket is drawn must provide a correct answer to the industry question asked by the Committee.
  5. In the event of an incorrect answer, the Committee draws another ticket and the procedure is repeated. repeats.
  6. The organizer plans as many drawings as there are prizes. Each ticket may be drawn only once.

§ 4. Prizes

  1. The prizes in the Competition are of a non-cash nature only.
  2. The type and number of prizes will be announced by the Organizer before the draw begins and indicated in the Congress information materials.
  3. Examples of prizes:
    • vouchers for services provided by event sponsors,
    • vouchers entitling the holder to purchase specific industry products.
  4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
  5. If a prize is not collected immediately after the draw, it will be forfeited to the Organizer.

§ 5. Competition Jury

  1. The Competition Jury is appointed by the Organizer to ensure the proper conduct of the Competition.
  2. The Jury’s duties include:
    • conducting the drawing,
    • asking industry-specific questions,
    • verifying the correctness of answers,
    • announcing the winners and awarding the prizes.

§ 6. Organizer’s Liability

  1. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to participate in the Competition resulting from reasons attributable to the Participant, including, for example, losing a ticket, arriving late for the drawing, or being absent during the draw. Announcement of results.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Competition or change its rules for reasons beyond its control, in particular in the event of force majeure.
  3. Information about the cancellation or change of the Competition rules will be immediately announced to participants at the Competition venue.

§ 7. Complaints

  1. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the Competition in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 7 days of the end of the Competition.
  2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Competition Committee within 14 days of their receipt.
  3. The Committee’s decision regarding complaints is final.

§ 8. Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations are available at the Competition venue and on the Organizer’s website (if applicable).
  2. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of all provisions of the Regulations.
  3. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  4. Any disputes arising from the Competition will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
